  • If you would like to find out the ring size, simply print out & use LovBe’s Ring Sizing Guide
  • Before you print, make sure that page scaling is set to “none” on print dialog box.
  • Rings with broader/wide band designs may fit a bit tighter. So, when measuring try with a ring of similar width as the ring you want to purchase.

  • LovBe will resize your ring once for free* within the 105 days of your purchase, including free return shipping within the US and Canada.
  • All LovBe Lab Grown Diamond rings are specified in standard US sizes.
  • Remember to include the original order number (as mentioned on the invoice), the size you would like the ring to be sized to Ring Sizing Guide, and your US/Canada address where you would like us to ship the resized ring to.
  • Some ring designs, for example, Eternity Bands, may not be resized due to design issues.

*Rings cannot be resized more than once as it may distress the shape of the ring.

  • Many of our rings can be engraved for an additional USD 40 with a personalized message on the interior of the ring.
  • Engraving style(s) offered by LovBe area available in the following fonts: Arial, Calibri, Cambria, Candara, Georgia, Lucida and Times New Roman.
  • Engraved rings cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Engraving requests may take up to 5 business days for shipping.
  • LovBe offers free FedEx shipping for all orders from US & Canada.
  • Most of our styles are made-to-order, so time from order to delivery may vary depending on the particular item ordered.
  • All US & Canada orders are shipped via FedEx and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation.
  • LovBe is committed in ensuring timely delivery for all orders. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control.
  • At LovBe, we understand that jewelry can be a special gift or surprise. Please let us know what we can do to make sure you maintain your surprise. Special arrangements, such as Saturday delivery (extra charges may apply), delivery on a particular date, or holding at a FedEx location, can be made by contacting us at +1 855 636 8019 or email cs@lovbe.com, after the order has been placed.

  • Please note that your order will be processed only after the payment is approved. Once the order & payment is received, an acknowledgement in form of an order confirmation email will be sent to you. If you do not receive the confirmation email, contact us directly at +1 855 636 8019 .
  • Once the order has been shipped, you will receive another confirmation email with your order tracking details.
  • Please note that US sales tax requirements are subject to changes due to the Supreme Court ruling on sales tax.
  • For US Orders, LovBe will collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington DC, Washington state, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
  • For orders to Canada, LovBe will collect the relevant GST and there are no additional duties for orders shipped to Canada.
  • If any other taxes or duties are applicable, then it will be calculated as per the prevailing rate and date on which your order ships.
  • All prices listed on LovBe are in USD and transactions will be converted to your local currency based on the bank rates of your bank at the time the transaction is processed.
  • LovBe will charge a flat fee of $45 for all international orders. Please note that the arrival times listed on the website apply to US shipping addresses only. Most shipments outside of the US arrive within 5-7 business days, however the customs process in each country may vary and often packages may be held longer. LovBe is not responsible for delays caused due to custom processes.
  • Prior to receiving your LovBe order, the customs office of the destination country may apply customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges. Customs policies vary depending on country. All charges required for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the recipient.
  • For international orders, we cannot offer returns or exchanges as taxes are levied every time a jewelry item crosses the border.
  • If a purchase was billed within US but shipped to an international address, LovBe will consider the shipment as an international order.

  • If you’re not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. LovBe allows free returns/exchanges within 60 days from the time you receive the product.
  • US customers can exchange up to one item
  • To initiate a return/exchange, you must first send us a return item request on returns@lovbe.com and we will send you the free FedEx return shipping label along with a return authorization code to initiate returns.
  • Once the return authorization code has been generated for an item, it must be shipped back to LovBe within 5 working days.
  • Currently, LovBe offers free FedEx return shipping labels only for US orders. If you would like to seek more clarity on the process, please call us at +1 855 636 8019 or send in your queries to cs@lovbe.com and we will be happy to assist you.
  • LovBe is also not responsible for lost shipments when customer chooses to return by a shipping method other than the complimentary service offered by LovBe.
  • Please note that items that have been engraved, resized or altered by a jeweler other than LovBe are not eligible for returns, repairs or exchanges.
  • Packages sent without a return shipping authorization code will not be accepted.
  • In the event where customer refuses to accept delivery of the shipped item, LovBe reserves the right to charge a restocking fee.
  • Once LovBe has initiated your return authorization code, the item has to be prepared for returns within 5 working days.
  • It is important that all the original packaging and included brand materials are packed in the return parcel which will include the Lab Grown Diamond certificate (customer will have to incur a $150 laboratory certificate replacement fee, if the original certificate is not returned in undamaged condition), the original packing slip, jewelry box and any/all brand physical materials.
  • For security reasons, please do not write anything on the return packaging that could be used to identify its contents.
  • There is insurance available on your product return or when sending the item for resizing, but ONLY if you use the FedEx prepaid label, apply the return authorization code (sent by LovBe)
  • LovBe nor FedEx can be held responsible for packages dropped off in FedEx drop boxes or non-FedEx staffed locations.
  • If you decide to use a different shipping method (other than what LovBe offers for returns), then we request you to confirm that your item is fully insured before shipping and a return receipt should be requested to ensure that your shipment has reached LovBe. LovBe will not be held responsible for any damaged or lost parcels sent using these alternate shipping methods.

  • If any additional taxes are levied when items are returned, LovBe reserves the right to charge the customer for expenses incurred at time of package receipt.
  • For your protection, LovBe will insure all items before shipping for their full value.
  • Deliveries will be only made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O box addresses.
  • If applicable, any/all local custom clearances, import duties etc. will be considered as the responsibility of customer. LovBe requests that you check with your local customs office for clarity on same.
  • If a package arrives damaged or tampered, please refuse the shipment and call us immediately at +1 855 636 8019.
  • On the rare occasion when your package is untraceable, you must report this to LovBe immediately.
  • For insurance & security reasons, LovBe cannot reroute packages after they have been shipped.

  • Once the returned purchase is received at LovBe, it would be subject to our inspection for quality & verification. Once the returned item has been inspected & has met all internal checks, a refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds for returned items will be processed on working weekdays only, taking up to 9-10 working days from the date of receipt.
  • Some requests for refunds may require completion of additional paperwork to process the request and may thus take longer.
  • LovBe will issue refunds for the original purchase price amount using the same means that was used to make the original payment.
  • Credit card refunds may take as much as one-monthly billing cycle to appear on credit card statement, depending on your issuer.
  • LovBe is not responsible for any fees charged by the customer’s financial institution to process refunds.
  • If the received returns are not in an acceptable condition, then you may be charged a re-stocking fee of $75 or more (according to the item/material condition).

  • LovBe offers several payment options to facilitate a stress-free shopping experience.
  • Affirm Financing: With Affirm Financing you can choose from multiple monthly repayment plans with starting rates as low as 0% APR for well qualified buyers. Special financing up to 36-months available. It’s quick and easy - just fill out a few pieces of basic information for a real-time decision on the amount of financing you are approved for. Offer is subject to credit check and approval. Minimum monthly payments are required. Affirm financing is available to our US customers only. You may seek clarity regarding payment status and financing terms with Affirm on their website.
  • Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If amount charged exceeds your available credit limit or if your card is declined, your order will be automatically canceled and you will be notified. We also accept US, Canadian, UK, and Australian credit cards online but the order value charged would be in USD.
  • Checkout with PayPal: You can also choose to complete your LovBe purchase using information from your PayPal account.
  • Checkout with Google & Apple Pay: You can choose to complete your LovBe purchase on our mobile site using your Apple Pay account or Google pay.

  • We take pride in our workmanship and LovBe is happy to offer free warranty against manufacturing defects on all its jewelry.
  • If any purchased item is deemed to have a manufacturing defect, LovBe recommends that you contact us immediately with pictures and videos of the item in question.
  • A flat USD $50 deposit (may vary according to your shipping address) will be taken before the defective item is shipped to LovBe for evaluation. This fee will refunded in full for all warrantied repairs. This deposit covers the cost of shipping the item to LovBe and expert evaluation to determine if the damage is warrantied.
  • If a manufacturing issue is found, LovBe will repair the damage or replace the item (if needed) free of cost and the deposit fee will be refunded to customer.
  • LovBe will also offer complimentary shipping back to US customers for all warrantied repairs.
  • Any repair that may not covered under the ‘warranty’ will have a price quoted to the customer for their approval, before any work is performed. Once approved by customer, LovBe will apply the deposit fee towards the repair. If there are any additional charges for repairing, then same needs to be paid to LovBe before ‘repaired’ item is shipped back to its owner.

  • If the customer chooses not to perform the repair, the customer’s shipping deposit will be applied to cover for shipping the item back to the customer.
  • During evaluation, if it is assessed that any repair or service was performed on the ‘said Lovbe item’ by a jeweler other than LovBe, then it will void the free warranty immediately.
  • We also recommend that customer maintains an independent insurance coverage for their jewelry to help cover any significant damage, loss, or theft.
  • Jewelry can be affected by daily wear, everyday activities, or trauma. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for everyday wear and tear, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft. Some examples of common jewelry issues that cannot be considered manufacturing defects include: (i) Discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing among other external factors; (ii) Prongs wearing out, or bending over time due to everyday wear or normal damage, allowing gemstone to fall out; (iii) The loss of a gemstone caused by damage from every day wear.
  • LovBe is proud to offer free diamond upgrade, at any time to its customers.
  • Any loose diamond purchased from LovBe can be exchanged for credit equivalent to the original purchase price for a new diamond which is at least twice the price of LovBe diamond being upgraded.
  • In order to be eligible, the diamond being upgraded must be accompanied with original documentation, undamaged and in saleable condition.
  • Upgrade credit does not include duty or tax paid on the original purchase.
  • All applicable duties and taxes will be charged on the full retail price of the new diamond before any credit is applied.
  • If the upgraded diamond cannot be set in your original engagement ring setting, you can exchange older setting for a precious metal credit as determined by LovBe. We will recycle gold or platinum jewelry and offer a credit based on current metal prices.

  • When users sign up to receive LovBe newsletter or create an account on LovBe website, they will be eligible to receive Amazon e-Gift cards (after they make their first purchase on site).
  • For their first purchase above $1000, LovBe will email an Amazon e-Gift Card worth $50 to user’s registered email id (as used on LovBe website). For first purchases under $1000, LovBe will email a digital Amazon e-Gift Card worth $25 to user’s registered email id (used on LovBe website).
  • Only one Amazon e-Gift Card will be sent to the valid registered email id, after the first purchase has been made. Any following purchases from the same registered user will not qualify for the offer.
